From within what area can orders be placed?

Orders can be placed in Tokyo's 23 wards, Musashino City, and Mitaka City.

When ordering a taxi, should I give 'facility', 'building name', and 'parking spot' information?

By providing such information, getting picked up will go more smoothly. If your location does not face onto a road, this information is particularly important.

A taxi cannot be found no matter how many times I place an order!

We apologize. It is possible that there are no vacant taxis in the vicinity of your designated location or that we are experiencing a large volume of orders due to rain etc.
Please go to the order completion screen or the history details screen, tap the Inquiries/Cancel button, and try placing an order by telephone.

What should I do after completing a taxi order?

The location of your assigned taxi is displayed on the taxi order completion screen and on the history details screen. Please check this information and use it to get your taxi.
Please also make use of this screen which shows the radio number found on the windows, doors, and taxi light of your assigned taxi.

What is a radio number?

It is the number found on the doors, windows, and the taxi light of your assigned taxi. Please use it to tell your taxi apart from others.
It is not the registration plate number.

It's past the due arrival time and there is no taxi!

We apologize, but at best the arrival time is only an estimate and may differ significantly depending on road and traffic conditions. Please check your assigned taxi's location from the map on the order completion screen or history details screen.
If your taxi fails to show up, please go to the order completion screen or the history details screen, tap the Inquiries/Cancel button, and contact the taxi company.

I want to cancel my taxi order…

Please go to the order completion screen or the history details screen, tap the Inquiries/Cancel button, and cancel your taxi over the telephone.

I left something in the taxi…

I want to give feedback on the taxi driver of the taxi I ordered.

By going to the order completion screen or the history details screen and tapping the Customer Feedback button, you can give feedback on the taxi you used and on the overall service.

What are Favorites?

Favorites allow you to register a location to which you often call a taxi. Ordering a taxi becomes even easier as you do not need to indicate the location using the map.

My current location displayed on the map is not correct. What should I do?

Due to reasons concerning your device, your current location can sometimes be displayed a little inaccurately. When displayed with particular inaccuracy, please reset your device.
